How do I check the status of my order?
Registered customers can view their order status in the order history, while unregistered customers should contact cservice@carrerajeans.com with their order number and name. After purchase, the status changes from "in preparation" to "shipped," and if there is no update for 3 working days, it is advisable to contact customer service. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday, and once handed over to the courier, an email with a tracking link will be sent.
